They're HERE!!

Our precious twin boys, Carson and Caden, are FINALLY here! We were induced on Thursday, September 17, 2009, and we ending up being 37 weeks and 6 days. We went into the hospital at 6 am to get the day started and didn't go to bed until 130 am the next morning. They took all my vitals, put the monitors on me and said I was already having contractions...I had no idea, I could not feel them. They then started the patocin and contractions they came. I think by 11 am I called for my epidural because I was in so much pain and couldn't get a nap in. Once the epidural kicked in I felt AWESOME and couldn't get a nap in :0) By 4 pm they had me start pushing and for the next 4 1/2 hours we pushed. Carson was born at 819 pm and was 6 lbs 6 ozs. Caden was born at 833 pm and was 5 lbs 5 ozs. They are the love of my life (besides my wonderful husband, who was the best support person a girl could ask for)! I don't know how life could get any better. They are SO precious and perfect!
